Melanie Erasmus describes herself as a ‘Jill of all trades.’ She started dance at a young and has been a part of the Creative Arts world for all of her life. She excelled in her art which culminated in a life-long career. She is skilled in Dance, Dramatic arts and theatre performance.

With an education in Child day care & Psychology, she has used these skills to empower young people through Life Orientation. She has written many plays which deals mostly with Social issues due to her heart to impact the community. This need to impact people has led to her writing her first book, called Lights, Camera Passion. She runs workshops to empower women to step onto the centre of their own stage in their lives.

She has trained as a television producer and has her own Talk show. She uses all these tools to drive her purpose and passion to impact people lives and to see real change in Cape Town.
